I currently work as a CSW and Tutor in a Grade 1 College in London, specialising in Deaf Educational Support. Responsible for all the in-house and external Deaf/Disability Awareness training, for both students and Academic staff. I have gained a considerable knowledge regarding SEN, EHCP and Disability policies. Additionally I work as a Freelance CSW working for a Deaf run community organisation.

I constructed and delivered 10 week workshop/awareness event for Ealing Council. The courses Introduced sign language for those within the community, at work and for families.

I constructed and delivered a bespoke course for a Women’s Ethnic Group. This course involved facilitating necessary skills for women with an hearing Impairment and learning difficulties. The course embedded form filling, confidence building using basic BSL and lip speaking.
